Dust, wet grass and impacts can quickly turn small maintenance issues into larger problems.

What should be checked?

• Inspect cutting blade, line or chain for wear and damage.
• Clear grass and dust from air intakes and cooling paths.
• For battery models, protect packs from extreme temperatures and keep contacts clean.
• For petrol models, follow manufacturer schedules for fuel, oil, air filter and spark plug.
• Check wheels, handle, safety switch and fasteners.
• At season end, clean and store the machine dry and safely.
