Technogym Bike Personal Maintenance guides
A small loose component can become a safety issue under repetitive training loads.
What should be checked?
- Wipe sweat, dust and liquid residue after use with a suitable non-abrasive product.
- Inspect belts, pedals, saddle, cables and moving joints for looseness or wear.
- On treadmills, monitor belt tracking and tension using the manufacturer procedure.
- Keep vents clear and liquids away from motor/electronic compartments.
- Periodically check bolts and mounting points based on usage intensity.
- If unusual squeaks, rubbing or vibration begins, stop forcing the equipment and inspect it.
